A Door and La Resurrección were part of my early explorations into integrating painting within a spatial context, developed during my residency at PADA Studios in Barreiro, Portugal, in partnership with TURPS Banana and under the mentorship of British artist Phil King.

The outcome was an installation composed of an aluminum stool, a steel structure with ladder, a wooden panel, and an oil painting on canvas, creating a dialogue between painted surface and constructed space.
